1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and wjpiso ("we," "us," "our," or "Platform") governing your access to and use of the wjpiso online casino platform, including the website located at wjpiso.cam and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Creation

You may register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds. Each account must be registered in your own legal name using accurate personal information including full name, date of birth, address, email address, and mobile number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify wjpiso customer support immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

wjpiso reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. You agree to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified. Failure to provide adequate verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

Players may deposit funds into their wjpiso account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, and cryptocurrency including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. wjpiso does not charge fees for deposits, but third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases where funds were deposited in error or where required by law. If you believe a deposit error has occurred, you must contact customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Players may request withdrawals of available account balance to the same payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours and typically complete within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours for bank transfers and cryptocurrency.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. wjpiso reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day as specified in your account dashboard.

Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. If bonus funds or promotional credits have been claimed, wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

wjpiso maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine financial regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests are processed. This requirement applies to all payment methods without exception.

We reserve the right to investigate any transaction we deem suspicious and to report such transactions to relevant authorities. Your account may be suspended pending investigation, and funds may be withheld if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

wjpiso offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to eligible players. Participation in bonuses is voluntary, and specific terms and conditions apply to each promotional offer. Bonus terms are provided at the time of the offer and must be reviewed before claiming.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or advantage players who systematically exploit bonuses may have their bonus privileges revoked and accounts closed. wjpiso reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether a player qualifies as a bonus abuser.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the amount that must be wagered (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, such as 30x or 40x) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute one hundred percent (100%), while table games and live dealer games may contribute at reduced percentages or not at all. Game contribution percentages are specified in the bonus terms for each promotion.

Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds. Exceeding the maximum bet (typically ₱50 to ₱200 per spin or hand) while bonus funds are active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 7 to 30 days) or the bonus and winnings will expire.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions. Once a bonus is claimed and wagering begins, the bonus cannot be canceled or forfeited - all wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus will expire according to its terms.

wjpiso reserves the right to cancel, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a bonus cancellation, existing bonuses already claimed will remain valid until their expiration date, but new claims will not be accepted.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Random Number Generation

All games offered on the wjpiso platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined by RNG algorithms that have been independently tested and certified by accredited gaming laboratories. Neither wjpiso nor players can predict or manipulate game outcomes.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are determined by game providers and reflect long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds. Published RTP percentages represent theoretical returns and do not guarantee specific results for any individual gaming session.

5.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, including but not limited to software errors, disconnections, or incorrect display of results, all affected bets and payouts are void. wjpiso will investigate malfunctions and restore correct account balances where errors are confirmed. If a game malfunction results in overpayment to your account, you agree that wjpiso may deduct the incorrect amount from your balance.

If your internet connection is lost during gameplay, any incomplete game rounds will be resolved according to the game provider's standard procedures. Most games preserve round state and allow you to resume where you left off upon reconnection.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for personal gain
• Using stolen credit cards, compromised payment accounts, or fraudulent payment methods

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any wjpiso software
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to mask your location or bypass geographic restrictions
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or criminal activity through the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the wjpiso platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of wjpiso or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the Platform except as necessary for your personal use of the Services.

The wjpiso name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of wjpiso. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Responsible Gaming

wjpiso is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activities:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposit amounts
• Loss Limits: Establish maximum loss thresholds per session or time period

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by wjpiso

wjpiso reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected on your account
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 5.3
• Abusive behavior toward wjpiso staff or other players
• Discovery that you are underage or otherwise ineligible to use the Services

Upon account suspension or termination, any outstanding bonuses, pending bets, and promotional credits will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to wjpiso, subject to completion of identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds and pending bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in cases of temporary self-exclusion that has expired. Permanent account closures are final and irreversible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wjpiso and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall wjpiso's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to wjpiso in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or one thousand Philippine pesos (₱1,000), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, wjpiso's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, you agree to first contact wjpiso customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team.

10.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

10.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution attempts fail, any remaining dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and wjpiso regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and wjpiso.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by wjpiso to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without wjpiso's prior written consent. wjpiso may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without restriction and without notice to you.

11.5 Force Majeure

wjpiso shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
